Lesson 29: What Do You Like to Do?
教学设计 教学目标:
1.知识目标:能准确理解并运用句型—What do you like to do?
—I like to play ping-pong.
2.能力目标:能积极运用所学的
英语进行创造性的表达和交流。
3.情感目标:(1)能积极与他人合作,共同完成学习的任务。
(2)能主动向老师或同学请教。
(3)能在学习中集中注意力,而且对所学内容能主动练习和实践。
教学过程:
Ⅰ. Warming Up
Greetings:
How are you?
How’s the weather today?
(设计意图: 营造活跃轻松的课前气氛,使学生带着积极的心态投入到学习中去。)
Ⅱ.Review:
Play a game.
将一些写有动词短语的卡片放进一个纸盒中,让一名学生从中抽出一张,看完后根据短语作出相应的动作,然后请其他同学猜出短语,并且
板书这些短语。
Ss: play basketball / play ping-pang / play football / play on the computer…
(设计意图:做这个游戏的目的就是复习以前学过的动词短语,为下边将要学习的内容打基础。
Ⅲ. New Concepts:
Step1:Demonstrate
T: What do you like to do ?
I like to play basketball. (边说边做动作)
(教师指着黑板上的短语卡片,自问自答,展示句型。)
T: What do you like to do ? (Ask some Ss try to answer this question.)
S1: I like to play ping-pong.
T: What does he/she like to do ?
S2: He/She likes to play ping-pong.
Step2:Practice in pairs.
T:Please make up a dialogue in groups with these sentences.
What do you like to do?
I like to play basketball/play pingpong/play on the computer…
Step3: Check up the dialogue.
(设计意图:这几个步骤是先让学生了解句型,然后师生之间进行简单的示范练习,把学过的短语知识整合在一起,又让他们小组练习,使学生乐于学,让学生学会在生活中运用
英语,训练学生综合表达的能力。)
Step4:Listen to the tape.Try to find the questions:
a.What does Jenny like to do?
b.What does Danny like to do?
c.What does Steven like to do?
d.What does Kim like to do?
Step5:Answer the questions.
a.Jenny likes to play basketball
b.Steven likes to play ping-pong.
c.Kim likes to play with her doll and her skipping rope.
d.Danny likes to play on the computer.
Step6:Read after the tape toghter.
Step7: Drill: 记者行动
a.采访范围:就近在小组内找两名被采访人。
b. 请填写好采访表格。
c. 句型提示:
采访人:What do you like to do?
被采访人:I like to .
d. 课后再任意采访两名同学,完成下面的表格。
